TERMS OF SERVICE 

At 9Elements, we are constantly improving our service and policies to make sure that the service offered is up to your satisfaction and expectations. 

 

1-GENERAL

1.1 By signing and accepting the Product specifications sheet, you hereby acknowledge that you’ve read and accepted all terms and conditions listed on our website.

1.2 The client has the right to get back to the company with any comments on the delivered products within 24 hours from the delivery date. Accordingly, the company will take the right action.

 

2-PRODUCTS

2.1 The client should be aware that in case the product photo is a 3D render, there could be a chance of 10% variance from the render to the delivered product. The Company maintains a policy of continuous product improvement, and reserves the right to alter specifications without notice at any time before delivery. However, these alterations does not include products dimensions or colors.

Our customer service will call you after submitting your order to confirm with you the order details, components, specs and colors specifically upon availability.

 

3-PAYMENT

3.1 All payments to be done online or via bank transfer as per the price displayed on the website at the time of purchase. 

3.1  For custom orders, Unless otherwise specified in the purchase order, a deposit of 80% of the total price is payable upon placement of the order.  The remaining balance is payable 5 days prior to delivery date. 

3.2  If the remaining balance is not paid 5 days before delivery date, the Company shall store the products at the clients cost until the outstanding amount is settled.

 

4-DELIVERY

4.1 the company is committed to deliver the product in 30 – 45 working Days from the purchase order. In addition the company is entitled to 6 working days as a grace period over the delivery date.

4.2 The Company will deliver the products to the Delivery Address during normal working hours.  Our team will call you 7 days before the delivery date. The team will also call on the day of the delivery, before the team moves to your location. In case the client does not reply within 30 min, the order will be rescheduled to the next free slot. Delivery fee will be calculated based on the location and paid by the client at the time of purchase order.

4.3 If any delay is caused by the Client then the Client will be liable for any additional storage costs.

4.4  Our team take great care to pack the items so that they will arrive safely. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Make sure that all the products are in good condition and assembled perfectly. 

4.5 Our delivery team is only responsible for lifting the items to the third floor. Unfortunately, they will not be responsible if the stairs are smaller than the requested items. Please make sure to inform our team of all the required details beforehand to make everything ready and perfect for your delivery. 

 

5-CUSTOM PRODUCTS 

5.1 Following receipt of the Client’s customization request. The company will communicate with the client to arrange a site visit to take measurements and get the client approval on the materials color. A fee for the site visit will apply and will be calculated based on the location. Then the company shall prepare a custom product specification sheet including the agreed design and materials for the clients approval. The client shall sign the specifications sheet together with the purchase order that will include the delivery date.

5.2 The client can cancel/exchange a customized product without any fees up to 2 days after the purchase order. After the 2nd day there is no cancellation nor exchange.

 

6-CANCELLATION

6.1 The Company may cancel the order by giving the Client a prior notice and refund the down payment. 

6.2 If the products have been delivered or production has began, the Client may not be able to return the products which comply with the purchase order unless the Company agrees to accept the return.

6.3 If the Client fails to pay any remaining balance under the purchase order. The company has the right to cancel the order if the amount due wasn’t settled within a 1 months period.

 

7-WARRANTY & CONDITIONS

7.1 Our products have 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects and production faults. Several exclusions might apply to the warranty terms. Please see exclusions list in 7.2

7.2 Our warranty does not cover:

* Damage caused by improper and excessive use and abuse

* Improper assembly by unqualified persons

* Improper handling and moving of furniture

* Exposure of product to undesired heat, moisture, liquids, humidity and dryness.

* Color fading and physical deterioration caused by exposure to sunlight, artificial UV sources, or water cleaning

* Accidental damages and stains from pets, heat sources, ink, beverages, food, cosmetics and any other household stains.
